I am Le Thien Tu, the founder and CEO of VEI Travel & Events – a travel company born from the aspiration to create journeys that connect people with local cultures, pristine nature, and sustainable tourism values. With nearly 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, I am proud to have helped thousands of travelers discover the authentic beauty of Vietnam — especially Central Vietnam, the land where I was born and raised.

I hold degrees from the University of Languages and International Studies and the Hanoi Open University in Business Administration. I am fluent in several languages including English, French, Spanish, and Italian. My passion for exploration and continuous learning has allowed me to engage with diverse cultures and shaped my approach to tourism: putting authentic experiences and empathy with local communities at the core.

Starting as an experienced tour guide, I gradually grew into a manager and product developer, leading a dedicated team at VEI. Together, we have built a portfolio of unique programs: from traditional craft village visits, agricultural experiences, to community-based eco tours in collaboration with local partners and international NGOs.
